We were having problems with our broadband speed and were getting the usual merry-go-round from BT with no resolution. I found Commsmaster online after a suggestion that we try using a non-BT engineer. Tony got back to me immediately and was able to come around within a few days. He made several suggestions on how to improve the speed and was able to solve the main problem by simply changing out the old phone socket for one with a filter (an apparently common problem which no one I spoke to at BT even considered as a possibility). All of this took less time than I’d spent phoning six different departments at BT, all of whom told me nothing could be done, for a fraction of the cost BT quoted to come round and have a look.
