"We were having problems with our broadband speed and were getting the usual merry-go-round from BT with no resolution. I found Commsmaster online after a suggestion that we try using a non-BT engineer. Tony got back to me immediately and was able to come around within a few days. He made several suggestions on how to improve the speed and was able to solve the main problem by simply changing out the old phone socket for one with a filter (an apparently common problem which no one I spoke to at BT even considered as a possibility). "The job was to add a new line onto my Meridian Norstar system. The old cabling system was a big mess and insufficient to handle the new line but Tony sorted out the old lines and added a new cable. When he showed me what had to be done, I almost asked him not to bother as I thought it will be too expensive to do since the cabling ran across three buildings. I was shocked at the end of the job as his charges were a fraction of what I had paid another company for a similar job. "We had some renovations done at home and the builders had to remove all of the phone sockets inside the house. They cut the main cable that comes from outside. The price BT or other electricians were quoting to re-wire everything seemed very excessive indeed, after a quick search online, I came across Commsmaster. I called the number and Tony (from Commsmaster) was able to come out that very afternoon. After an hour everything was wired up and my internet was even faster than before! Commsmaster also has a variety of contacts that might be able to help if they aren�t able to help in your area.
