"Tony responded to my email immediately, rang me that day, talked through my problem, agreed a time to suit me on a Saturday, arrived promptly, did the work quickly and efficiently, undid a lot of the bad work that had been done by previous cowboys and gave me excellent advice too. ''I had a problem with broadband/wireless and was not sure where the problem lay. I thought it was the telephone socket on the wall. I spoke to Commsmaster and he came the very next morning, got on with the job, identified the problem, put new sockets on the wall. Spoke to technical support at the ISP and then told me what else I needed to do to be up and running again. Commsmaster thoroughly checked other telephone sockets in the house and made sure all was working well before he left. The after-sales service was excellent in that he checked to see that I was able to access broadband/wireless.
